A comprehensive vocational evaluation is often the first step into any Goodwill Program. The traditional evaluation utilizes computer-based and traditional technology to assess vocational, psychological, educational, social and physical functioning levels. After levels are determined, they are matched with interests and aptitudes to provide an overall picture of the programs best suited to each individual. A Trial Work Evaluation provides an opportunity for vocational exploration through assessments at community employment sites. Individuals participating in this program can participate in up to three assessment sites to assist in determining feasibility for employment in expressed interest areas.
