Show your career who's boss! Increase your knowledge and skills with Goodwill's Hospitality or Retail Training. Select an industry concentration and earn a nationally-recognized certification in your field of choice. Job placement assistance upon completion of the course is included as part of the program.

Available Industry Concentrations 

Goodwill's Customer Service program offers targeted training at no cost to you. Occupational tracks include:

• Food Service Worker in a Fast Food Restaurant

• Food Service Worker in a Restaurant

• Food Service Worker in a Hotel

• Retail Associate

• Retail Management

• Front Desk Representative in a Hotel

• Maintenance Worker in a Hotel

• Room Attendant in a Hotel

Participants from each occupational track will receive high quality training from experienced Goodwill staff and assistance with job searching. Participants will complete the program with industry-recognized certifications through ServSafe, the National Retail Federation, or the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.

To participate, sign up for the SNAP Employment and Training program and/or be referred by the Division of Rehabilitation Services; participants will receive supportive services to cover all cost related to the education or training program they choose at Goodwill.
