Entry Level: This course prepares students to work in the fields of Office Administration or Call Center Customer Service Representative. Gain in demand skills required for office environment such as active listening, problem solving, and critical skills. Certifications you can obtain include: Northstar Certifications in Basic Computer Skills; Internet Basics; email usage; Windows 10; Social Media; Information Literacy; Microsoft Word; Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced Level: This course is recommended for participants who want to prepare for more technical careers such as a Computer Support Specialist.
