The Janitorial
Services program provides participants with work experience and training
in a custodial setting, via the use of service contracts with private

1) Clerical Skills
Training: Clerical Skills Training is an introductory program that provides training for individuals in keyboarding and basic office skills. The course is designed to last approximately four weeks, but can be adapted to meet individual student needs.

Applications in the Computer Environment
(SPACE)
SPACE provides participants with self-paced and/or instructor-led training in Microsoft 2007 Office applications in Windows, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. QuickBooks 2010 Training is also available. The program is divided into three levels, according to the level of computer training that each participant would like.

These services are provided at the Kingston Pike facility and rural satellites and include basic academic remediation, preparation for standardized tests such as the General Equivalency Diploma (GED), comprehensive work readiness assessments, basic skills training, and social and life skills training.

Supported Employment is a cooperative effort between Goodwill Industries and the Division of Rehabilitation Services.
