When you donate materials:
the items are processed by Goodwill employees. Many of our employees face barriers to employment. In 2008 Goodwill Industries-Knoxville, Inc. served roughly 3,030 individuals. We serve you through our stores and programs in 15 counties, including Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, and Union.

Donation Centers:
Donations are taken at all of our retail locations and at our Attended Donation Centers. 
Please remember that due to safety regulations, we are unable to accept mattresses, box springs, furniture that is in need of repair, tires, building materials, computers, electronics that are in need of repair, anything that is wet or has water damage, or any items that contain hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, or Freon.
