WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DONATIONS?

Thank you for your donations of gently used clothing and household items to Goodwill Industries-Knoxville, Inc. For over 30 years, we have been collecting and reselling Knoxville's donated materials in order to fund our job training and rehabilitation programs for people with barriers to employment.

When you donate materials,
the items are processed by Goodwill employees. Many of our employees face barriers to employment. In 2007 Goodwill Industries-Knoxville, Inc. served roughly 2,000 individuals. We serve you through our stores and programs in 15 counties, including Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier, and Union.

Goodwill's store revenues
support community-based workforce development programs. Graduates of Goodwill training programs realize the power of work! Read about programs
